Executive Director in Training
At this time, we are seeking a service-oriented individual to serve as the Executive Director in Training.
The Rising Star Program is designed for individuals who desire to assume the key leadership roles of Executive Directors and Administrators that are essential to delivering a Five Star Senior Living experience. We know that having the right leadership in our communities is the foundation of our success. Our program provides hands on training and work experience that represent our Five Star values. This on-the-job training program includes areas such as marketing, finance, clinical knowledge and quality outcomes, operations, legal and compliance. The Rising Star Program includes:
12 18 month training program with a successful, experienced ED or Administrator
Training to develop a skill set across all departments and functions
Leadership Development
Certifications required for role
Executive Directors/Administrators in Training receive a base package while training. Upon completion of the program and placement into a leadership role, an increased base salary package and bonus structure will replace the base package.
