JOB DESCRIPTION
The service representative will ensure service excellence by owning and servicing all customer needs on the platform, behind the teller line, and on the phone. It is the responsibility of the service rep to approach and engage all customers as well as utilize strong communication skills to identify customer needs and generate relationship-building opportunities. The service representative will also serve as a role model in the branch for promoting a fun, exciting environment while maintaining the utmost professionalism.
The successful self-motivated candidate will have a high-level of professionalism:
the ability to project a confident, service-oriented image while demonstrating accountability and ownership. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are a must. Must possess a strong sense of urgency. Branch experience is preferred, but not required; previous demonstrated ability in effectively meeting goals, following up proactively, referring business, and overcoming objections is strongly preferred.
This position is part-time (up to 28 hours) and is located at our Jamestown Road Branch in Williamsburg.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
