The Supervisor of Visual Merchandising:
Leads the creation, implementation, and coordination of the merchandise department's retail store design and visual merchandising strategies and standards.
Drives brand-right, visual presentation ideas, recommendations, and solutions for merchandise department, through creative merchandise presentations, fashion awareness and interpretation, store layout, and signage.
Conceptualizes and implements creative solutions that positively impact business, elevates the brand, and enhances the guest experience.
Leads department visual merchandise team.
Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:
1-2 years of retail visual merchandising experience, preferably in a specialty or theme park retail environment.
2-3 years of retail experience.
Bachelor's degree with emphasis in design or visual merchandising preferred or equivalent experience in visual merchandising.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays in a theme park environment.
