The Facility Supervisor - Retail Operations is responsible for:
Ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed including cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention procedures
Ensuring team members are providing World Class Service; recognizing / rewarding above standard behavior, coaching / disciplining those not meeting expectations, resolving immediate guest concerns, investigating and providing recommendations to correct reoccurring guest service issues
Touring area of responsibility to identify maintenance related items, communicating immediate concerns and following up on completion, ensuring opening/closing procedures are followed, and maintaining store layout in accordance with facility plan-o-grams
Managing in-store promotions and price changes
Managing controllable expenses including labor, production supplies, and inventory accounts for assigned locations
Managing inventory levels by completing daily stocking tasks; timely receiver verification; communicating max/min adjustments; performing RTVs, inventory adjustments, and other inventory management tasks as needed to maintain inventory integrity
Ensuring team member safety
Providing team member training
Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:
Professional and effective communication skills
Ability to effectively manage time
Effective conflict management skills
One year of park experience preferred
One year of retail customer service experience required
