Job Description & Requirements
A well-established practice in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to help carry some of the workload and help the practice grow. This position provides a competitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000 plus Bonuses/ Commissions/ Incentives. Benefits include malpractice, CE, and PTO. The schedule is Monday- Friday with a half shift on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Your job responsibilities entail doing exams, consultations, reports of findings, patient conversion, internal referrals, adjusting, prescribing therapies and exercises as well as nutritional/supplement recommendations. Physical therapy, modalities, and rehab are handled by staff. The expected individual patient volume is 100-120 patients a week. They have a shared patient model therefore it's important to have a similar approach to patient care as the other doctors.
We are seeking a clinically skilled Chiropractor, with a passion for health and wellness, solid communication skills, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Excellent relationship-building skills are a must along with the ability to provide consistent high-quality care. You will be responsible for providing excellent health and wellness education along with internal marketing.
