We are seeking a compassionate and caring Resident Assistant to help with the daily needs of our Residents within the community.
The Resident Assistant has the ability to interact with Residents and fellow Caregivers daily, aiding with daily tasks in a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities:
o Provide individualized care/attention to our Residentso Assists Residents with ADL including but not limited to bathing, dressing, eating, etc.
o Assists with Resident move-ins or move-outso Observes and communicates changes in Resident Behavior or conditiono Report and document incidentso Practices good infection controlo Maintains a clean, safe, comfortable environment for fellow Team Members and Residentso Knows and follows Emergency Procedureso Completes all trainingo Keeps Resident Information confidentialJob
Qualifications:
o Must meet requirements imposed by the licensing authoritieso Great communication / interpersonal skillso Must pass a background checko Must have a reliable mode of transportationo Documented TB Screeningo Must have or complete CPR/1st aide training within first 60 days of employmento Must maintain acceptable attendance recordo Self-Starter and requires minimal supervisiono Essential functions include but are not limited to standing, walking, lifting, bending etc.
o Reliable, calm, and willing to serve others.
