Colonial Behavioral Health serves the citizens of James City County, City of Poquoson, City of Williamsburg, and York County.
We are currently recruiting for a Financial Information Analyst within our Fiscal Department.
This position is responsible for assisting with IS support for the Financial & Revenue/Reimbursement area within the fiscal department.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining copies of licenses, credentials, and related documents for agency providers.
Serves as the first level of contact in the fiscal ticket system and handles routine user system access issues.
Responsible for updating management of credentialing statuses for providers.
Other duties as assigned.

00pm Qualifications (EEO) Skills and Qualifications Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Possess knowledge of programming & database development concepts.
Must posses understanding of accounting, financial, reimbursement concepts.
Experience with generating and maintaining routine reports from data from various systems preferred.
Valid driver's license is required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree is Information Systems or Business related field preferred.
DMV record must be submitted with application.
