WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Service Technician performs scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs.
Schedules and plans service calls.
Prepares equipment, tools, and materials needed for service work.
Cleans and performs preventive maintenance on various equipment.
Troubleshoots equipment and other on-site problems and makes recommendations to clients.
Maintains documentation, including maintenance and inspection records.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
o Perform maintenance services for mobility and locker equipment which will include strollers, wheelchairs, ECV's, lockers, and other equipment o Diagnose and document equipment problems, repairs and maintenance services o Partner with various teams within the company including, Supervisor, to problem solve and complete work o Complies with Company policies and procedures o Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentWHAT YOU'LL BRING:
o High school diploma or equivalent o 1-3 years of experience in equipment service or maintenance o Previous Service Technician experience o Proficient in Microsoft Office products o Mechanically inclined and oriented with troubleshooting and maintenance skills o Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions o Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays o Professional attitude in a fast-paced environment o Independent and proactive o Travel requiredWork with us and turn your job into a job you'll love!
